What should I do if the products received do not match what I ordered?

Please contact us at support@backtoearthskin.com and we will have this resolved as soon as possible.

To accelerate the process, if you can please include in the email: the original receipt/invoice, names of the products missing and quantity.

What should I do if the order is damaged?

We are very sorry to hear that the order was damaged. We are proud of the quality and efficacy of our products. How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once the returned products are received by us, it will usually take 5-7 working days for the refund to appear. However, depending on the card issuer and/bank, it can take up to 14 days.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return, please contact us at support@backtoearthskin.com.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery:

How much does shipping cost?

Any order over $75 shipped within the United States and Canada qualify for our free shipping. The total order threshold excludes taxes.

For orders under $75, the shipping costs will be added during the checkout progress.

When will my order be processed?

Once the order is placed, it will be processed during the next 1 to 3 business days.

For subscriptions, the orders are processed at the preselected frequency established.

Where do you ship?

Back To Earth Skin ships to all of the United States and Canada. Please note that we currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States and Canada.

Can I edit my shipping address?

All shipping information can be added at the checkout process. Once the order is places, unfortunately no edits can be made. If the order needs to be cancelled, please contact us at support@getbacktoearthskin.com.

When will the order be received?

After the order is processed, the delivery time to your shipping address will range from 3 to 9 business days. Please note that orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed starting the next business day. Please note that all processing and delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Is there a way to change the shipping speed of my order?

The preferred shipping method can be selected during checkout. Delivery times will be dependent on the destination and number of items.
