This step avoids common irritants found in traditional cleansers, like harsh preservatives, emulsifiers, and foaming agents that can disrupt your skin’s barrier. Instead, it’s all about lifting away impurities while leaving your skin calm, balanced, and ready to receive our award winning and specially crafted treatments.
Treat
Once the skin is cleared of external aggressors — like pollution, bacteria, and other impurities — it’s time to nourish and restore. This phase focuses on delivering anti-inflammatory and mineral-rich ingredients to support healing and balance. To avoid triggering sensitive skin, we never use common irritants like harsh preservatives, emulsifiers, and highly concentrated actives such as vitamin C or retinol.
Care
After the skin is treated with the optimal routine curated for your skin, it’s essential to lock in moisture with a nourishing and calming moisturizer that supports the skin barrier and encourages recovery. This step helps maintain hydration while creating a protective layer that doesn’t sit heavily on the surface or attract external irritants. As always, we never use harsh preservatives, emulsifiers, and strong actives that can disrupt sensitive or compromised skin.

You choose the skincare routine that fits your skin type, we send it to you for free, and you get 14 days to try it. At the end of your trial, you keep what you love and return anything that didn’t work for you. You’ll only be charged for what you decide to keep.
Nope—nothing upfront. One thing to note is that we do put a hold charge on the card you use. This charge is to verify that the card you use is legitimate. This hold is not a charge. We only charge you after the 14-day trial, and only for the items you choose to keep.
